Rosann Leadingham

LCPC, CADC

My Approach

Rosie's approach is to offer support and guidance through life's challenges. She helps clients willing to review their life story, reconsider the narrative, and find empowerment through their difficult experiences. Rosie assists those willing to look at thought patterns and beliefs that limit their potential. In sessions, she frequently utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT) techniques to help build a skill set to take with you beyond therapy. She is currently gaining knowledge about the use of ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) with mood regulation and executive functioning.
