Lauren Hines

My Approach
Lauren is passionate about treating patients from all populations, focusing on kids and adolescents. She also supports parents of children who struggle with mental health concerns by parent coaching. Autism is an area of interest that Lauren has. When in a session, she provides a warm, empathic, and judge-free environment for patients to express their thoughts and feelings. Lauren wants to understand how one can use coping skills to get through the more challenging aspects of life. Emotional regulation is something that Lauren teaches kids, adolescents, and adults to understand that we have a mind-body connection. She believes that educating patients to overcome their stressors in life and how to manage them will improve their quality of life. Mindfulness and having a holistic approach has allowed Lauren the ability to help a variety of individuals. Lauren studied at Bradley University, while she completed her internship hours at Courage to Connect. Lauren provides empathetic and compassionate care to her patients.
