Stephanie Uy
LCPC, CADC
My Approach
Stephanie believes that therapy is a space for individuals to feel seen and welcomed. Her honest, non-judgmental, and compassionate style helps her create a safe and supportive environment for her patients. She utilizes an integrative approach that challenges patients to take risks needed to make changes. When collaborating with Stephanie, individuals will learn to examine and question the stories they tell themselves. They will be encouraged to recognize their strengths and find strategies to help them build new skills and experiences. Stephanie welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, and substance use/addiction. She also has a passion for working with AAPI-identified individuals as they explore their racial identity, how it has impacted their understanding of themselves, and how they fit into the world.
