Bennett Alldredge

MAMFT

My Approach

Bennett takes a compassionate and empathetic patient centered approach. He believes healing happens when patients are comfortable and safe, physically and emotionally. Bennett facilitates this safety through a commitment to creating an alliance in which patients feel safe to share their goals without fear of judgment. For children, Bennett takes a child centered approach, working with the child through play to assist the child in processing their emotions, working in collaboration with parents in a holistic approach. This approach honors the child's emotional needs with the realities of parenting in mind. For teens and young adults, Bennett is committed to meet the patient where they are, and helping them get to where they want to be, whether that be school related issues, social skills development, executive functioning skills, behavioral issues, and more.

Bennett is a Certified Gottman Level 1 therapist and a Positive Discipline Certified Parent Educator.
