Jingyou Zhu
Psy.D.
My Approach
I provide evidence-based care that is tailored to each patient's needs and is sensitive to their personal, familial, and cultural values. I take a holistic view of mental health, drawing on principles from developmental psychopathology, biopsychosocial model, and ecological systems theory. I believe that collaboration between patient and provider is essential. Additionally, I use psychological assessments to clarify diagnoses, identify strengths and needs, and offer targeted recommendations for treatment and intervention.
